This sport of H. 'Golden Nugget' was originated by Alex Summers of Delaware and registered on his behalf by Kevin Walek (Hosta Registrar) in 2009. It grows into a medium size hosta about 15 inches high by 35 inches wide. The leaves are gold in the center with dark green marginal variegation. They are heavily corrugated, cupped and have thick substance. Near white, tubular flowers bloom from June to mid-July.
