This cultivar is a tissue culture sport of the species, H. yingeri, which was registered by Mark Zilis of Illinois in 2009. It is a small size plant about 9 inches high by 30 inches wide with dark green foliage that has a very thin pure white marginal variegation. The leaves are lightly wavy, broadly ovate and very shiny on top. Lavender flowers bloom from mid-August into September.
