This cultivar is a sport of H. 'Hadspen Blue' which was registered by Jeff Pinder of Hutton Hostas in England in 2010. This slow growing, large size (16 inches high by 27 inches wide) plant has blue-green foliage with a wide, greenish yellow medial (center) variegation. The leaves are nearly round, slightly corrugated and have thick substance. Lavender flowers with purple stripes bloom from late July into August.
