						H. 'Sieboldiana'
 was 
				registered in 1986 by  
			The American Hosta Society on behalf of 
				the originator, 
				Elizabeth Nesmith of Fairmount Gardens 
in Massachusetts. It forms 
				a giant size (28 inches high by 64 inches wide) mound of dark 
				green foliage. The leaves are heavily rippled, convexly cupped, 
				heavily corrugated and have thick substance. Pale lavender 
				flowers bloom from late June into July.
