							A second generation
							Tardiana-type
seedling was registered in 1988 by the
							British Hosta and
Hemerocallis Society (BHHS) on behalf of the originator,
							Eric Smith. It grows
into a large size hosta about 19 inches in
height with a spread of 42 inches with

						 slightly corrugated
foliage with thick substance. The near white flowers bloom
				mid-July into August. According to

The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...one of my favorite Tardianas.
Its rich blue foliage retains its color into late summer..."

According to a Google search, Sherborne is a market town in
				northwest Dorset, in Southwest England.
