There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a miniature size hosta with wavy, lanceolate, green leaves and a very wide, yellow medial (center) variegation. It is a seedling of H. 'Atom Smasher' × H. 'Hi Ho Silver' and bears lavender colored flowers. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Jim King of Washington. 

Be aware that there is also a cultivar named H. 'Sizzler'.
